Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, analyze, and present complex legal concepts to non-experts with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Navigate nuanced legal and business issues proactively with sharp critical thinking and risk-assessment capabilities.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations, drafting legislative proposals and engaging with industry stakeholders.
• Develop and refine governance documents, client agreements, and vendor contracts for compliance and business alignment.
• Act as a liaison between management and clients on projects involving legal complexities.
