Job Description
">Your primary responsibility will be to deliver fast, easy, and personal service to clients, non-clients, and associates alike. You will introduce, promote, and recommend consumer banking products and services to clients and non-clients, processing banking transactions for clients, including cash transactions, cashing checks, assisting with deposits and withdrawals, issuing cashier's checks and money orders, opening checking and savings accounts, and assisting clients with obtaining other bank products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic math and counting skills, strong sales skills, and multi-tasking abilities. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of client-facing service experience, cash handling experience, sales experience, and typing, phone, and ten-key operation skills.
Working Environment
">You will work in a standard office or retail banking setting, standing most of the workday and moving about the workspace to reach entrances, exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas. You will use office equipment, such as computers and telephones, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to decipher computer screens or written documents.
Additional Requirements
">You must be able to access military bases and obtain NMLS licensure and state notary licensure. You should be able to work flexible schedules based on the banking center hours of operation and be available to work overtime when necessary.
