We offer a hybrid work environment. This position is in Alexandria, VA and requires in person 3 days per week and allows for teleworking 2 days.
About the role:
The Human Resources Assistant will support our HR team in managing various administrative tasks in the following areas:
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Employee Records Management
- Event Coordination & Administration
- General Administrative Support
- Employee Offboarding
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive attitude to help with day-to-day HR activities. This position will involve a wide range of tasks including recruitment support, event preparation, files management, and other HR-related activities. Position ensures all employee information is handled in compliance with confidentiality protocols and will adhere to company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s degree in human resources or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 1 year of HR administrative experience required, recruitment experience a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP) is a plus.

Salary : $47,000 - $51,000
