Job Title:Inside Sales Coordinator
Reporting To: Sales Manager, Therapy & Rehab
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Job Summary: Inside Sales Coordinator will also provide direct support to the Sales Manager, Therapy & Rehab on all sales process tasks including, but not limited to sales quoting, shipping/freight quoting, order placement, and order confirmation/follow up.
You will call, email, and track customer leads; working closely with sales and marketing to identify and prequalify lead lists, refine lead strategy, build email workflows, with the end goal of lead conversion.
Applicants should be: highly organized, have excellent verbal and written skills, have high attention to detail and accuracy of work, and be energetic and pro-active in initiating outreach to support our business goals.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a direct customer contact with sales related activities including product education.
- Work dependently and independently of the Sales Manager, Therapy & Rehab activities to drive revenue growth with customers – current and new.
- Implement and manage order to cash deal metrics in CRM and prepare report results regularly
- Assisting with and managing trade shows
- Working with Repair and Warranty on customer service issues to help resolve them.
- Research lists of companies to target and identify contacts who meet our target customer profile
- Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Initiate outbound cold calls and email follow-up correspondence to generate interest in our company’s products
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum two years of experience in Marketing and or inside sales
- Strong writing, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
- Working level of Microsoft office, QuickBooks, CRM programs
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to use HubSpot (CRM) and other online tools effectively
