How you will make an impact

Manage all aspects of accounting : billing, financial statements, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and revenue recognition

Assists in maintaining Sage Intacct accounting software

Collaborate with management team on processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profitability

Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department leaders to establish financial goals.

Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsible for cash flow reporting and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.

Participate in strategic planning initiatives and assess the financial feasibility of proposed projects.

Streamline accounting processes to reduce costs and improve accuracy.

Manage ARMI Accounting Team

Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel on the Accounting Team

Recommend continuous improvement ideas for accounting processes

Participate in hiring and training of Accounting Team

Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and / or 5 years proven working experience.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial reporting and business practices.

Ability to direct and supervise.
