Administrative Coordinator

Pay: Starts at $18

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Supporting daily office operations, employee engagement, and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate daily office activities, including mail handling, reception duties, and conference room upkeep.
  • Organize and distribute company logo wear.
  • Lead employee event planning, including company-wide gatherings, appreciation events, and training sessions.
  • Handle venue setup, catering, vendor coordination, and schedules for events.
  • Assist HR/Office Manager with employee communications, scheduling, and maintaining HR-related records.
  • Create documents, memos, and reports for cross-departmental coordination.
  • Manage contracts and service levels with office vendors and maintenance providers.
  • Coordinate facility-related tasks to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, such as newsletters and intranet updates.
  • Support recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.

Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital document management systems preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
