We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office manager duties. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office vendors and contracts.
- Help with HR responsibilities.
- Oversee AP and AR, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Utilize accounting software, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Collaborate with others to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and office records.
- Support recruiting by coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in AR and AP.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
