Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Cyber Security Analyst
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will identify network vulnerabilities through detailed technical analysis, and participate in the development and operation of a "red team" infrastructure, that will create end-to-end plans to drive positive cybersecurity outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
- Serve as an active team member and senior resource on a team of multiple stakeholders in disparate locations. Work across the team to build trust, and lead new self-developed initiatives
- Research and develop end-to-end action plans to drive positive cybersecurity outcomes. Challenge assumptions and previous methods to ensure constant improvement.
- Adopt an adversarial lens to identify security vulnerabilities and propose creative and appropriate solutions. Mock up systems prior to Red Team activities, and offer insights into the process.
- Plan, prepare and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements as well as analyze/report test results.
- Perform assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave and identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Measure effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities.
- Establishes strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.
- Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
- Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
- Understand current attack vectors unique methods of exploitation of computer networks.
- Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel.
- Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
- Possess a related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of overall working experience in this domain.
- Experience with cybersecurity issues across the globe, and the intricacies of malware.
- Demonstrated experience with the cybersecurity documentation process, and keeping said documents up to date.
- Thorough understanding of network protocols, the OSI model, and PCAP analysis.
- Ability to write custom tools to automate simple tasks and to troubleshoot existing scripts.
- Must know Python and be able to write and maintain novel, intricate scripts.
- Previous experience manipulating large, ambiguous datasets to support observations that lead to actions by the larger team.
