Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Software Engineer
Location: Reston,  VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

We require specialized skills in cloud engineering and full stack development. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including scope and work estimation, design, documentation, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and integration. You will work with the rest of your team of developers on the Cloud Engineering Team in order to meet the mission requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

• Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with full stack development, and working independently designing and developing cloud based applications using current best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience with software engineering using Object Oriented Development in a modern language like Java, Go, and/or C##.
• Demonstrated experience developing front ends in modern frameworks like React, Angular, and/or Vue.
• Demonstrated experience developing in a Linux environment, and experience developing in a commercial cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated experience with large data sets in SQL, as well as cloud based relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience using containerized applications, such as Kubernetes, and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Demonstrated experience installing and managing cloud based applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and demonstrated experience working with virtual servers.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
• Desired:  Demonstrated experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Powershell) and automation.
