As a crucial part of our restaurant's operations, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting bartenders in stocking the bar with supplies, restocking glassware, and assisting with drink preparation when needed.
- Washing and polishing glassware from bar, main dining room, and patio and restocking to appropriate shelves.
- Restocking kegs and to go beer to walk in cooler and front of house merch cooler.
- Replacing empty kegs in cooler throughout the shift with new, full ones.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as required.
- Assisting servers and bartenders by running food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables.
- Refilling water glasses, resetting utensils, and ensuring tables are ready for the next guests.
- Removing used dishware, glassware, and utensils to keep the bar top tidy and uncluttered.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
