Position Summary :

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Expo (Expeditor) to join our team. The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring food orders are prepared, plated, and delivered accurately and promptly. As the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house team, you’ll be essential to providing a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Inspect plated dishes for quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage timing and prioritize tickets to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station at all times.
• Provide support to both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed.
