Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales in your assigned territory. You will work closely with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals to provide them with the best building supply solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Making cold calls to prospective customers
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals
- Work closely with the inside sales team and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers in the credit application process
- Connecting with customers to ensure that past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and interactions with customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in building materials or construction (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with general computer use
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
