Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee medical diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care of patients in a correctional facility.
- Maintain medical records and charts documenting all medical services rendered.
- DIRECT, COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE clinical services provided by professional staff; review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies and procedures; and provide IN-SERVICE TRAINING for the clinical staff.
We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Director who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in correctional health care preferred.
- Proficient with electronic medical records.
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance including background check and drug screen.
