At Armor Roofing, we take pride in delivering top-tier roofing solutions to homeowners across the Maine coastline. For over 15 years, we've specialized in high-end residential roofing projects, working on luxury homes, vacation properties, and premium estates. We also operate a state-of-the-art metal fabrication shop, producing high-quality architectural trim pieces for our own projects and for other contractors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our expansion.

As a Sales Representative at Armor Roofing, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, and closing sales. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to project completion. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. Prior roofing or construction sales experience is a plus, but not required, we are willing to train the right person!

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and provide solutions.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, take measurements, and create estimates.
  • Educate clients about our roofing materials, services, and warranties.
  • Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior sales experience is required (roofing or construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (necessary for job-related travel and business operations).
  • Comfortable with heights (site visits may require ladder access to roofs).
