Armor Roofing is looking for a Shop Fabrication Specialist to help expand our in-house metal production capabilities. As a Shop Fabrication Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our sheet metal production shop, working with CNC machines and other metalworking tools to craft precision components for our roofing projects and external clients. Whether you're an experienced metal fabricator or someone eager to train in this trade, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and other fabrication equipment to produce sheet metal components.
• Cut, bend and shape metal to precise specifications for roofing trim and architectural features.
• Assist in expanding our shop's capabilities to support additional fabrication projects.
• Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality output through attention to detail.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, safety protocols, and machine upkeep.
• Collaborate with the roofing and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work with management to explore new market opportunities for our sheet metal division.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC operation, or related trade is preferred, but we're open to training the right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift and handle metal materials and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is required (This requirement is necessary for job-related duties, including transporting materials and operating company vehicles).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
