Job Overview: As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the security and protection services industry. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to increase company revenue, expand our client base, and deliver security solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized security solutions for clients, including systems, services, and monitoring.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure business.
- Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to report on progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish new relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security, protection services, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security systems and technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
