Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Mobile Security Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors. This role requires the ability to respond to incidents quickly, enforce security protocols, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling: Conduct regular mobile and foot patrols of the assigned area to ensure the security and safety of the premises. Patrolling may involve driving a security vehicle or walking the property.

Access Control: Ensure that all entry points are secure. Check credentials of visitors and employees and log their information into the system. Issue visitor passes and ensure that only authorized individuals gain access.
Incident Response: Respond to emergencies or security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and medical emergencies. Take appropriate actions to address and report incidents.
Monitoring and Reporting: Document and report all security-related incidents and activities in detailed written reports. Maintain accurate records of daily patrols, incidents, and equipment inspections.
Customer Service: Provide a professional, courteous, and approachable presence to guests, employees, and visitors. Offer assistance when needed and direct people to their destinations within the property.
Enforcement of Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures, including parking regulations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Emergency Situations: Respond to alarms, fire drills, and other emergency situations promptly. Assist in evacuations and ensure the safety of all individuals during crises.
Preventive Security Measures: Identify and report potential security risks, hazards, or areas of concern to management. Take proactive measures to prevent theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid security guard license or be able to obtain one (depending on state/country requirements).
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and be physically capable of responding to emergencies.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and act decisively in stressful or emergency situations.
- Customer Service: Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in all situations, including interacting with the public.
