Plant Manager


Plant Manager will drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Will oversee all daily operations of production, manufacturing, receiving, and shipping while ensuring consistent adherence and implementation of all policies and procedures. The Plant Manager demonstrates they have the key skills to develop and implement processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.


Profile:

Develop Transformation Plans to improve Plant performance regarding Safety, Quality and Productivity.

Develop a Strategy Deployment Process. Define the Plant Mission and Vision, key goals and KPI across the plant organization aligned with Armorock enterprise Vision and guidance.

Dedicate time to training employees based on SOPs and company policies.

Audit processes based on SOPs.

Develop communication plans for the employees to be informed of company results and futures goals and projects.

Act as a Lean Leader, living Armorock values, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Respect for the Individual and Excellence in Quality and Service (ICARE).

Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Drive a culture of high performance and accountability in safety, quality, customer service and cost.

Facilitate associate engagement for effective utilization of assets to produce optimal results.

Implement strategies in alignment with strategic company goals and initiatives providing a clear sense of direction and focus.

Demonstrate a floor presence across all shifts to verify consistent daily run-rate processes and implementation of corrective actions.

Build a trusting relationship with all team members through leadership coaching and development.

Real time data analysis to improve performance and eliminate waste.

Develop systems and processes that optimize productivity standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets and human capital.

  • Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, human capital, wages, and salaries.
  • Manages capital asset maintenance.
  • Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company’s positive culture journey.
  • Responsible for providing change management leadership during growth and business transformation. Develop high-performing teams through mentoring, collaboration, and accountability to rigorous standards while sustaining high engagement and positive energy
  • Direct and participate in technical activities of labor relations, engineering, and quality
  • Maintain SLAs and build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Drive improvement in clarity of process flows and measurement across the organization
  • Collaborate with corporate functions across the board to ensure any required changes to policies, procedures, and processes are implemented
  • Collaborate with data owners/stewards to align on process and data issues
  • Respond to questions and follow up on pertinent escalations
  • Location: Boulder City, NV (Las Vegas Metro Area)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in administration, or technical/manufacturing process.
  • 4 -5 years in the dispatch function in the precast or manufacturing process
  • Manufacturing Industry Background preferred.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google and MS Office
  • Professionalism, dependability, commitment, and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, operational facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication
