Position Overview
Armorock is seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development/Marketing Intern to support our team in market research, content creation, and brand-building initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, sales strategy, video and photo creation, and digital branding within a fast-growing infrastructure solutions company. The ideal candidate is innovative, self-motivated, and eager to contribute fresh ideas that enhance our marketing efforts.
**This is an 11-week paid program running from May 27th, 2025, through September 4th, 2025. We are offering flexibility to adjust the start and end dates by up to one week. This position would be a hybrid position for a candidate living near one of the following of our plant locations: Plant City, FL, Sulphur Springs, TX or Boulder City, NV**
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Support CRM management by analyzing ROI on marketing efforts
- Gain hands-on experience in content creation for Armorock’s marketing department, including graphic design, social media posts, logo development, and video production
- Develop and manage social media content (to build brand awareness and engage with industry professionals.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies that differentiate Armorock in the infrastructure space.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, events, and digital engagement to enhance brand positioning.
- Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
- Prepare promotional materials and support event logistics to enhance Armorock’s presence in the market.
- Present a final project that leverages your skills gained throughout the summer.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing marketing analytics, campaign performance, and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for creative marketing, branding, and digital content development.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred, Capcut etc)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, eager to take initiative and contribute to a team.
