Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Armorvue Home Exteriors. The Armorvue Representative will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, and producing sales for our range of exterior home improvement products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough assessments of customers' needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable exterior home improvement solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Armorvue Exteriors' products, services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to potential customers, highlighting the advantages of our products and services and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cold Calling: No cold calling required, leads are pre-set and confirmed prior to your consultation with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in Home Improvement sales, preferably in the home improvement industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
