This role will run the firm's marketing efforts, be integral in assisting advisors with client management, and oversee office operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while coordinating the daily activities in a multi-broker office. They should be comfortable interacting professionally with the public. Responsibilities
- Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients in order to handle basic inquiries.
- Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
- Prepare letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
- Assists Financial Advisors with marketing efforts.
- Receive and process securities. Receives cross-training and assists with other operational functions as required.
- Must be able to maintain and build Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail.
- Perform basic banking functions.
- Responsible for a multi-broker office calendar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience with administrative and clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to efficiently format a Mail Merge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Reader.
- Experience in Zoom and scheduling Zoom appointments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
Optional, but Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 and/or Series 66 licensed
- Insurance licensed
- Previous experience in the financial industry.
