Director, Evenings M-F , 4-12 : 30am
- Carry 3-4 Client cases on a consistent basis; subject to patient census.
- Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.
- Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.
- Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.
