Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services
Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure client success
Develop and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers to maximize progress
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation - Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection
Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): - Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations
