About us
Armstrong Care, Inc. is an intellectual disabilities services provider located in Armstrong County, PA. We are a non-profit organization providing services to intellectually disabled adult male and female individuals. We currently have 12 group homes located in the Kittanning and Ford City, PA areas. Our group homes have direct care professionals on site to assist individuals 24/7. Armstrong Care, Inc. believes in the respectfulness of every person, and in the freedom of all individuals to experience the highest degree of independence. Embracing this philosophy, Armstrong Care, Inc. works with individuals with disabilities through a variety of intellectual disabilities services. These services include, for example, residential services, our in-house Community Participation Services (CPS) program, and encouraging our individuals to keep employment in the community.
Caring for intellectually disabled individuals administering medication, transporting individuals to their day to day activities, basic household duties (cooking, cleaning), interacting with individuals in their home, provide assistance with daily living, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.30 per hour
