What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family and business helper/assistant position at Armstrong Chimney & Stoves, LLC?
My husband and I are seeking someone for a unique position. Someone to come a long side us and help us with tasks at home as well as our business. We are seeking someone that is easy going, trustworthy, dependable, caring, kind, organized, friendly and motivated. Someone that would be happy doing tasks of cleaning and organizing at our home but also the ability to answer phones for our business and take down basic information and assist as needed in the office.
We live a busy life and we run a successful business and also have 3 children (school age) and 2 boxers. We are hoping to find someone to help us in the day to day tasks of family and business. There is a room to grow and change in the future.
Past experience with working in an office setting and/or caring for a family (being a nanny) is helpful.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the business team and our family life
Family Life:
-Caring for children and dogs when necessary
-Cleaning, laundry, dishes as needed
Business:
-Assist with answering phone calls and taking down demographics when needed
- Schedule appointments once trained and assist when needed in the office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
