Responsibilities:

• Apprentice – Post hole digging, concrete mixing, loading and unloading trucks.
• Journey man – Same responsibilities as above, and installation of fencing.
• Master – Above responsibilities and running a crew.

Qualifications:

• Skillset of carpentry, masonry, landscape construction are easily transferable to the fence trade.
• A very strong work ethic, someone that takes pride in their work and enjoys the physical aspects of the job.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Willing to support and work well with the entire installation crew.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to superior craftsmanship.
• Follows clear instructions, meets expectations and completes projects on time.
• Works efficiently and strives to improve their skillset.
• Respects procedure and follows leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills – must be professional when addressing clients.

Requirements:

• Must be a legal resident of the U.S.
• Driver's license required. Must have own reliable transportation to meet at the shop at the start of each workday.
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs. and work an 8-hour day that consists of physical labor.
