Job Summary
Ensure the facility and grounds are clean, safe, and inviting for employees and guests by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Job Duties :
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas, bathrooms, grounds, and parking lot.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Shovel snow and de-ice walkways and entrances.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning chemicals
