Pay $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Ensure the facility and grounds are clean, safe, and inviting for employees and guests by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Job Duties:
Cleaning
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas, bathrooms, grounds, and the parking lot.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning chemicals
Light Maintenance
- Assist with seasonal maintenance needs (snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
- Handle basic repairs, including replacing light bulbs/fixtures, unclogging drains, and patching drywall
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Conduct painting projects for walls, trim, and touch-ups throughout the facility
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
- Must be able to safely operate floor sweeper and floor scrubber
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
