Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Receiving Supervisor will manage daily receiving operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with quality standards, and efficiency in material handling. This role is responsible for leading a team, optimizing workflow, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to maintain smooth operations while ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards and following all safety and company guidelines.
Job Duties:
- Supervise the receiving process, ensuring all incoming materials and components meet order specifications.
- Lead, train, and motivate the receiving team to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy by verifying shipments, conducting inspections, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with shipping, purchasing, and production teams to prioritize materials for shipping and assembly needs.
- Ensure timely receipt of inbound materials with 3PL and transfer of goods to and from the 3PL to the main warehouse.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including proper documentation and reporting.
- Improve efficiency through continuous process enhancements and coordination with warehouse logistics.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of received goods to support efficient workflow.
- Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications:

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or receiving leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and quality inspection processes.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, Experience with ERP systems, inventory tracking software, barcode scanning technology, and ADP.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Excellence in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
