What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Specialist-Potting position at Armstrong Group?
We are growing! Our state-of-the-art facility in Deland has an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Operators . Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Machine Operators are integral part of the team tasked setting up and operating our production equipment.

What you'll do :
- Set-up and operate one or more of the following machines : KOMAX, SMT, conformal coating, AI, wave, selective solder, etc.
- Follow work instructions and / or job traveler included in a kit with required material / parts to complete the job
- Operate and set-up a machine to manufacture a product (i.e., PCB, wires, etc.) to supporting customer guidelines and acceptable quality standards (i.e. ISO, IPC, etc.)
- Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance recommended by manufacturer
