Recognized as a US Best Managed Company and a Top Workplace, Armstrong thrives on creating positive experiences and fostering partnerships to help grow careers.Responsibilities : Build relationships with customers, agents and other team members Research load information Report client requests Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met Negotiate price and cost of carrier services Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results Escalate ongoing performance issues to Carrier Relations Manager Requirements : Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications Experience in analyzing data and communicating information to the appropriate party Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time in a fast-paced changing environment Minimum of 2 years of previous professional work experience.
