Primary Responsibilities
Administrative
- Responsible for checking expense reports, organizing business functions (lunches, dinners, meetings, off-site conferences); and maintaining a functional filing system for retrieval of documents
- May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, timecards, etc
- Responsible for scheduling regular and special meetings, preparing agendas, ordering food, setting up rooms, etc
- Work may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
- Generation of travel related documentation including preparation of travel authorization, check advance request and completion of expense reports
- Responsible for company credit card and making purchases in accordance with company credit card guidelines
- Responsible for visitor management and primary receptionist responsibilities
- Adjudicate Nightly Watch List Screening false positive holds in OCR
- Review and approval Visit Request requiring Compliance Review in OCR
- Perform technical data transfers in trade compliance information systems (OCR)
- Perform transaction due diligence including license screening, restricted party screening, end user statements, Know Your Counterparty files, red flags review, and anti-boycott review
- Coordinate any Trade Compliance related concerns or issues with Trade Compliance Manager
- Support Facility Security Officer as needed
- Maintain Security Clearance
- Enter and verify classified visits
- Assist in maintaining employee facility access badges
- Must communicate effectively with others
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent research and writing skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, management, and the public in a business-professional manner
- An entrepreneurial work ethic
- High energy level
- Ability to work independently and also as a team player
- Must be a US Person
- To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorization from the U.S. Government

Education/Previous Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in Business or Manufacturing Administration
- 2-year associate degree, preferred
- 4-10 work week with occasional overtime on Fridays or weekends as necessary, to meet deadlines
