As a Production Operator I at Armtec Defense Technologies, you will contribute to the production of high-quality subcomponents for ordnance, decoy countermeasure flares, and radar countermeasure chaff. This role involves working with a variety of processes, operations, and machines, requiring a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. They will also be required to adhere to all work instructions per applicable MSPI's and safety/environmental procedures.
- Operates felting, molding, sanding, and deflashing equipment
- Must be able to identify components by batch number and provide acceptable workmanship
- Must be able to learn and apply SPC applications, basic problem solving, and corrective action
