We are a new family medical practice serving Kannapolis and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team and help establish a well-run and patient-centered practice. The Office Manager will be a cornerstone of our practice, responsible for overseeing day-to day administrative operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. Duties
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient check-ins, and administrative workflows.
Train and supervise front office staff, promoting a friendly and efficient work enviroment.
Oversee billing and coding staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate patient records.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with medical staff to improve office efficiency and enhance patient care.
Develop and implement office policies.
Requirements
Previous experience as an office manager or similar role in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with medical billing, insurance claims, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and staff.
Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a small team setting.
Proficiency in IOS and relevant medical office software.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
