Job Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position : The pay band NH-04 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-14 / 15.Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

Job Description

• Serves as the Technical Lead in the ARAT-PO Aviation Electromagnetic Warfare (AEW) branch.
• Leads cross-functional teams in the planning and evaluation of best strategies to accomplish ARAT-AEW mission requirements in support of reprogramming efforts as defined by Army aviation user community.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees requirements for AEW customers.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees action items for all AEW reprogramming cases.
• Coordinates and approves all mission data software requirements with AEW customers at TCM.
• Investigates, plans, and oversees ARAT-AEW Infrastructure Enhancement (IE) efforts.
• Plans and oversees contractor travel for ARAT-AEW missions.

AND Specialized experience : To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade / level (NH-03). Specialized experience is defined as : 1) monitoring Information Technology (IT) project schedules to ensure the successful life cycle management of products 2) conducting analysis and system design activities during the development, systems integration or acquisition of software and hardware in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and 3) implementing modifications or solutions to computer systems to reduce associated risk factors.

Compensation :

142,488-$195,200 per year
