Duties
Serves as Operations Analyst in the Directorate of Integration.Responsible for the oversight of a variety of actions which are characterized by unique requirements which demand continuous oversight.Assigns tasks, and provides guidance to staff in response to urgent and routine requests for information.Provide administrative coordination for staff actions and correspondence.Carries out high priority assignments, studies, and projects on a wide variety of sensitive and confidential matters.Review and analyze incoming staff actions and decision correspondence; to include Operation Orders (OPORDs) to ensure task and OPORDs are entered into the system within established timelines and assigned to the appropriate Divisions.Conducts analysis of staff actions received from higher headquarters; recommend assignment of actions to appropriate staff elements, with specific direction concerning type of response required.Establish internal business operation practices, systems and tools.Develop travel order and voucher support to senior leadership.Coordinate Directorate level meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Experience advising management of all sensitive issues regarding incoming actions; (2) Developing guidance on techniques for management and methods of improvement for task management; maintaining a suspense tracking tool; AND (3) making recommendations on issues of operations, current events, strategy, plans, command and control, and manpower issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-2/GS-11)
