Summary McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity. The facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at managements request throughout the announcement timeframe. Responsibilities Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities to include administrative support. Sets the pace and works with employees. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Maintains clean and orderly work areas. Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis. Performs food service and cashiering duties as required. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
