**Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up bars for operation, obtaining cash banks and stocking service bars. They will also assure an adequate stock level is maintained, set up storerooms and work areas to permit easy access to stock items.
- Prepare a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
- Identify persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolve the problem or seek assistance in accordance with established procedures.
- Keep bars and work areas clean and sanitary.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. You will also require skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
