Responsibilities
- Operate a small full-service bar, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Record sales, make change, and prepare charge slips according to operating procedures
- Stock the bar and maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Keep records of quantities of beverages dispensed and submit requirements for re-stocking to supervisor
- Use tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear intoxicated
