Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kilauea Military Camp located in the beautiful Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
Responsibilities:
- Sets up bars for operation, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar; ensures an adequate stock level is maintained.
- Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
- Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and work area.
Requirements:
- Meet state/local age requirements (21) for serving alcohol at the time of appointment.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Demonstrate skill in mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
