Job Description
- Manage and supervise aquatic programs, including indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of diverse groups, including military personnel, families, and civilians.
- Provide training and supervision to staff members, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aquatics management or a related field.
- Possession of lifeguard certification, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent, Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO) or Pool Operator certification, and Certification in Water Safety Instructor.
