**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our facilities.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building interiors, including un-stopping sinks and toilet bowls.
- Hang electrical fixtures and repair screens and storm sashes.
- Making minor repairs to furniture and woodwork.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building exteriors, including preparing surfaces for painting.
- Finishing rough edges, smoothing them with file, emery cloth and sandpaper.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of the grounds, including cutting grass, planting, trimming hedges, trees and shrubbery.
- Dumping trash, watering plants and sweeping walkways.
- Setting up and adjusting ladders and scaffolding.
- Carrying, lifting and holding materials in position during the repair operation.
- The incumbent may be required to operate a Ton up to 1 Ton motor vehicle to and from worksite to transport material and personnel.
