About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations and Training Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating with user organizations for the use of ranges and training facilities, reviewing and approving schedules to ensure maximum training opportunities, and conducting surveys of users to assess the adequacy of existing facilities to meet training requirements.
Responsibilities:

- Conducts surveys of users to assess the adequacy of existing facilities to meet training requirements
- Reviews installation policies and regulations governing range safety, training, medical evacuation and other emergency procedures
Requirements:
- National Guard membership required
- 1 year of specialized experience in operations management, training development, and range safety
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and practices of management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
