The Technical Education Instructor position in the Army National Guard Units is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating education and training programs and classroom activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting education and training tasks for maintenance, operations, and support training; education services; curriculum development; and instructor activities.
- Developing and delivering education and training programs and classroom activities.
**Requirements:**
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a college degree with courses in education, grammar and composition, speech, psychology, guidance, and sociology; or, social and behavioral sciences.
Candidates must also possess specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade and have knowledge of Army or Air Force education and training programs regarding their principles and procedures.
