Part-time Pickleball Pro - Fairfax

Location: Fairfax Facilities

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pickleball Pro to join our team at either our Fairfax Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting adult clinics and providing private lessons to players of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead instructional sessions for adult pickleball clinics.
• Provide personalized private lessons to meet the needs and goals of individual players.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
• Maintain communication with the Director of Racquets regarding scheduling and any updates or changes.

Requirements:

• Certification from either the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) or the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA).
• Proven experience and expertise in playing and teaching pickleball.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Compensation: 

The compensation for this position is commission-based and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the number of sessions conducted. 

Reports to: 

The Part-time Pickleball Pro will report directly to Jack Lagonegro, and will collaborate closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of pickleball programs.
