What You'll Do:
✅ Be the Face of ARNAZ – Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the best products and services for their needs.
✅ Own the Customer Experience – Deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.
✅ Master the Business – Work across both front-end sales and back-shop service to gain a full understanding of how a high-performing auto service center operates.
✅ Develop Your Skills – Learn and perform basic vehicle services like tire changes, battery replacements, oil changes, and more (no experience? No problem—we’ll train you!).
✅ Contribute to Store Operations – Assist with inventory, displays, opening/closing procedures, and workflow management in the service department.
✅ Be a Leader – Take initiative, problem-solve, and help drive success in a high-volume, high-reward environment.
What We Look For:
Retail sales or customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required!)
️ A willingness to learn basic vehicle service tasks – No previous automotive experience needed, just a great attitude!
Strong communication skills – Ability to engage customers and work as part of a team.
️ Flexibility to work retail hours – Including weekends and evenings.
Valid driver’s license – So you can help move vehicles as needed.
