Founded in 2013, ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned, rapidly growing multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer committed to providing high-quality service and an unforgettable customer experience. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales & Service Specialist who is ready to take ownership, make creative decisions, and contribute to our success!
What You’ll Do:
Create Meaningful Customer Relationships: Build trust and loyalty by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. You'll be the go-to expert customers can rely on.
Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service that exceeds customer expectations, whether it's recommending products, performing services, or offering personalized advice.
Master Multiple Roles: Be ready to jump in wherever needed. From assisting in both front and back shop operations to managing inventory and displays, you’ll gain a hands-on understanding of how our store operates.
Learn & Grow: From tire and battery installations to oil changes, you’ll develop new skills, become an expert in vehicle maintenance, and grow into a critical player in our service department.
Take Ownership: Help manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures, and direct workflow in the service department. You’ll be a key part of keeping things running smoothly.
Drive Innovation: This is not a “just do your job” role – you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table, make impactful decisions, and drive your success as part of a growing business.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members alike.
A flexible schedule – you’re willing to work evenings, weekends, and whenever the team needs you to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales and/or customer service experience (automotive background is a plus, but not required).
Ability to learn quickly and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Valid driver’s license.
