What You’ll Do:
Build relationships & deliver a 5-star customer experience
Lead and direct the service department, overseeing technicians & workflow
Drive sales and store performance to exceed goals
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team
Handle daily retail operations & paperwork like a pro
Be a problem-solver, a motivator, and a leader!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Retail sales and/or management experience – automotive preferred but not required
✔ Leadership skills – ability to inspire and manage a team
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Flexibility to work retail hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)
✔ Valid driver’s license
