Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor ensures high quality and efficiency in daily work operations, while maintaining safety regulations and requirements. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for creating appropriate processes and procedures to ensure efficient and quality operations. They will be responsible for examining finished products before they leave our building, to ensure that the product is of high quality and functionality, according to company standards.
Responsibilities
· Work as a partner with manufacturing to ensure quality products and manufacturing processes
· Create appropriate Standard Operating Procedures ensuring quality and efficiency
· Responsible for quality throughout the plant, not just at the end of the process
· Inspect and test materials and equipment produced by the plant
· Checking measurements of products to ensure they are correct
· Take good quality photos of finished products prior to shipment
· Maintaining inventory properly
· Cases can vary along with the case contents, so the Quality Manager ensures each order is correct and has the correct contents
· Remove products from the production line that don’t meet company standards and recommend strategies to improve the product quality
· Accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production team
· Recommend appropriate changes to the manufacturing process to ensure a good quality product
· Perform quality inspections at random to assess product quality
· Establish quality standards for products the company produces
· Read blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production and quality standards and suggest revisions as necessary
· Build and manage a quality team

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
