Our restaurant manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking care of our guests
- Ensuring the quality of food and drinks follow established recipes and are presented correctly
- Overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times
- Training staff with menu knowledge and effective, friendly, and efficient service
- Responding to guest comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner
- Building long-term guest relationships while educating and empowering employees to act similarly
- Coordinating restaurant service, including front of house and heart of house operations through appropriate staffing levels
- Providing memories and experiences to each guest so they are excited for their next visit
Taking care of our employees
- Nurturing an inviting and positive work environment for all staff members, building on their strengths
- Leading by example and through actions
- Providing constructive feedback, reinforcement, and praise to all team members.
- Training employees each and every shift
- Evaluating evolving situations and managing corrective actions
- Directing ongoing work for employees through effective and fair scheduling, shift side work, and opening and closing duties
Taking care of business
- Adhering to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Operating each shift efficiently and effectively within Arni’s standards
- Remaining focused, productive, and patient in a fast-paced work environment
- Enforcing established security measures so the safety of our employees and guests are always maintained
- Managing food, supply, and beverage costs within established levels
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
- Ability to attain all Indiana Alcohol Certifications and Liquor License to handle and serve alcohol prior to starting employment
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Casual Dining Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
